Tangents to a Circle from an External Point
- Two tangents can be drawn from any external point to a circle
- Only one tangent can be drawn if the point lies on the circle
- No tangent can be drawn if the point lies inside the circle
Circumscribing a Circle (Circumcircle)
- Circumcircle passes through all three vertices of the triangle
- Center of circumcircle is the circumcenter - intersection of perpendicular bisectors
