  • Percentage increase: when new value > original value

  • Each change is applied to the result of the previous change
  • Formula for two changes: Net change = a + b + (ab/100)
  • Order of changes doesn't matter for the final result

Common Mistakes to Avoid

If A is 20% more than B, then B is 20% less than A
